Some of Cancun's best beaches are a 10-15 minute drive away. Our beach is currently under construction.
There are only 2 condos per floor. Take the elevator from the garage or 1st floor directly to your unit. Private parking is available as well as public parking. Breathtaking views overlook the golf course, hotel zone, and the Bay. Walk out your sliding glass living room doors onto your terrace to relax in your private Jacuzzi.

This unit is ideal for people desiring to stay in Cancun for an extended period of time. We are renting below current market value because some amenities are currently being completed (golf course, beach, marina, etc.). Inquire about our Below Market Rental Rate and preferred rates for long-term rentals.
The rent for long term is $2,500-$3,500 per month (US Currency) depending on length of stay and time of year. We can also rent for 3 or 6 month's contract as well.
Short Term Rental (minimum of 4 nights stay) ranges from $150/night to $300/night depending on the season. Rates for 1 week are $1,200 to $2,000 depending on the season as well.
