The development is situated at the intersection of state routes 22 and 18 in Hanover township , the locale of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Pavilion (Starlake Amphitheatre) entertainment venue. Our firm's assignment spans all development, sales and leasing responsibilities for the entire site. <br>
<br>
The completed Phase I of the project is a 148-acre subdivision offering a strategic location and inexpensive land costs. A generous financial incentive program, available from strongly competitive and moderately taxed Washington County, add to Starpointe's appeal as a location for manufacturing and headquarters or branch office operations. Current occupants of the park include Lanxess Corporation, a Bayer subsidiary and producer of paint pigments; Volvo Rents, a construction equipment rental firm; Miller Plastics, a producer of precision plastic products; Olson Industries, a designer and installer of industrial furnace equipment and Mach 1, a global freight forwarder, logistics and supply chain solutions provider. <br>

To date, 7 of Phase I's 13 development parcels are either occupied or are under agreement and plans for the project's second phase are currently underway.   <br>

Southside Works<br>
A 123-acre former steel mill site located along the Monongahela River on the South Side of Pittsburgh was transformed into a $300 million mixed use development. The development flanks the sports complex opened by the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, which includes training facilities for the Pittsburgh Steelers. <br>

Mass Transit<br>
Port Authority Transit (PAT), is the 14th largest public transportation system in the nation. PAT provides a network of public transportation services to persons traveling in the 730 square miles surrounding the City of Pittsburgh and all of Allegheny County. By operating a fleet of 900 buses, 55 light rail vehicles, six rehabilitated trolleys, and the Monongahela Incline, PAT has become one of the largest and most diversified public transit agencies in the United States. PAT provides public transportation services to more than 255,000 riders daily and more than 75 million riders annually. <br>
Pittsburgh International Airport<br>
Pittsburgh International Airport, one of the world’s most modern airport terminals, was completed in 1992. The Airport is located 16 miles southwest of the City with more than 70% of the nation a two-hour flight away. The airport services approximately 18 million passengers annually. Transportation to and from the terminal is excellent due to the extensive efforts by the state of Pennsylvania to improve mobility between the airport, downtown Pittsburgh, and the major interstate highways in the Region. The Airport Expressway provides a loop around the airport connecting the Beaver Valley Expressway (Route 60) on the northwest and the Parkway West on the southeast. The Beaver Valley Expressway, a fifty-mile, four lane, limited access highway, provides easy access to northwestern Pennsylvania and northwestern Ohio, while the Parkway West provides access to the City properties.<br>
