This is in regards to the person posting the ad about second chance. First off second chance would have no legal right to take the dog away from the person who stole with without proof they are not police the people you should be mad at is the law enforcement of sioux falls. Second Chance is the only affordable shelter in town here and for the factor the humane society will charge as much as $155 for a dog if not more is outrageous. They are good for nothing supposive non-profit organization. BOYCOTT HUMAN SOCIETY THEY ARE OVER PRICED GO FOR SECOND CHANCE!!!!
