Nice room with closet available. The room is in a new three-room apartment,it has 2 full barthrooms, and new kitchen. the room is not furnished but there is a matress with blankets. The area is surrounded by a lot of different shops (OXXO, bakerys, laundrys,banks, economic foods) and is 5 min walk to metro Ermita, and buses that connects you to metro Zapata, metro Coyoacan, and Coyoacan downtown.Very safe place. We are two students very easy-going (1 male and 1 female). The rent includes utilities (water,gass,light). El área esta rodeada de muchas tiendas diferentes (como OXXO, panaderías, lavanderías, bancos, comidas corridas) y queda a 5 min. caminando del metro Ermita y de camiones que te llevan a metro Zapata, metro Coyoacàn y el centro de coyoacán. Es una zona muy segura. Somos dos estudiantes agradables (1 hombre y 1 mujer). La renta es de $2300 e incluye servicios (agua, gas, luz).
