We're looking for a room-mate (younger than 45 y.o.), per day, week, month (rate apply accordingly to the period of stay). Accomodation for a month or more requires a one week trial period. GAY friendly place. Deposit, rent & utilities must be paid in advance, during the first three days of the month (or at arrival if shorter stay). Copy of official ID is required in advance (for less than 30 days) and a deposit of seven days rent for stay of one month or more, for utilities.

Daily fee is $25.00 US dlls, for one person, for a private room with a queen size bed and shared bathroom (for two guests).

PLUS we share house expenses as: gas, electricity, water, phone bill, internet and to buy few items of colective use. Monthly rent is $300.00 US dlls and aproximately $75.00 US dlls extra for shared utilities (some are fixed and others' may vary depending of number of people at home). If you want to save the room per day, but you're not moving within the next week, a non-refundable RESERVATION FEE of $20.00 US dlls applies to save your room.

We live in a house in the South West of the city. The nicest, safest, quietest, most well communicated and Touristic area called SAN ANGEL INN, very nice and pleasant.

A private room is available with one QUEEN size bed (available NOW). Bathroom is shared between two GUEST rooms. Limited use of kitchen, dining room and living room. Laundry place nearby. Parking place outside in front of the house

We're NON smoker, NON drinkers and quiet people. We don't have pets or kids and are very easy going. We like to meet people, to travel and are culture oriented. We're on our 30's...

Located 2 blocks from Periférico, 3 small blocks from Altavista (behind famous San Angel Inn Restaurant and Diego Rivera's Museum & Studio), walking distance to SAN ANGEL, UNAM, TELEVISA, ITAM, and to main avenues (Revolución & Insurgentes Sur).
