My house is basically three floors. On the ground floor, It is an apartment with a seperate entrance, has a bathroom, bedroom with new orthopedic queen bed and living room area with couch and table. The place is very nice, extremely safe and complete with all home comforts, comes painted, clean and furnished.

What you get:
There is a cleaning service once a week, wifi, full bathroom, Laundry machine and full Kitchen on ground floor and full kitchen on open garden rooftop. No expenses to pay except the rent and food.

The Metro/Subway is a 4 minute walk to "metro sevilla", fitness center down the street, movie theatre, polanco 10 minutes,condesa 7 mintues,zona rosa 5 minutes...etc..etc I've been in Mexico city for 9 years and believe me when I say, this is the best location to stay in. Public library Mexico and park with its Mexican kitsch dancers are just behind us. Airport is only 30 min. away by taxi or car. UNAM is 25 min. by metro. Taxis 24/7.

The rent includes a sunny and nicely ventilated 5th floor room, with a closet, a great view, a cat and some plants (!), so must like cats! Smokers more than welcome, gay friendly ;) There's microwave, fridge, washing machine, and any needed kitchen item you can use if you like cooking. TV and stereo though no cable.

The rent includes a sunny and nicely ventilated 5th floor room, with a closet, a great view, a cat and some plants (!), so must like cats! Smokers more than welcome, gay friendly ;) There's microwave, fridge, washing machine, and any needed kitchen item you can use if you like cooking. TV and stereo though no cable.
I ask for one month in advance as a deposit and the on going rent. A copy of official ID is required. Monthly rent is $300.00 US dlls. or equivalent Mexican pesos PLUS expenses. Surveillance, guard at the door also 24/7


Available January 1st.
